By accessing or using Geometry Labs ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email (if you have an account) or by posting a notice on the Service prior to the change becoming effective. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or legal guardian's permission to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth herein.
To access certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Geometry Labs will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this section.
You agree to use Geometry Labs only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may not use the Service to:
Geometry Labs offers a free tier with limited usage. Free tier users are subject to daily limits on conversions, file sizes, and premium tool operations as described on our Pricing page. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the free tier at any time with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions (Basic, Pro, Team) are offered on a monthly or yearly recurring basis. By selecting a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis according to the billing cycle you selected. Payment is processed by Stripe, our third-party payment processor. You represent that you are authorized to use the provided payment method and that any payment information you provide is true and accurate.
The billing cycle begins on the date of your initial purchase and renews automatically at the end of each cycle unless canceled. Payment is charged at the beginning of each billing cycle. You may switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time. When switching from monthly to yearly, a prorated credit from your current month is applied toward the yearly plan and the new yearly billing begins immediately. When switching from yearly to monthly, you retain yearly access until the end of the current yearly period, after which monthly billing begins at the then-current rate.
If a payment fails, we will notify you via email and may attempt to charge again. If payment remains unsuccessful after a reasonable period, your subscription may be suspended or downgraded to the Free tier. We are not responsible for any loss of access or data resulting from failed payments.
We reserve the right to modify our pricing at any time. Any price changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle following at least 30 days' notice. If you do not agree with the price change, you may cancel your subscription before the new price takes effect. Promotional rates apply only for the specified promotional period; standard rates apply thereafter.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or through our contact form. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You retain access to paid features until that date, and no further charges will be made. After the billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free tier. For Team plans, cancellation by the team admin removes access for all team members.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all new Basic, Pro, and Team subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied, contact us within seven (7) calendar days of your initial purchase date for a full refund. This guarantee applies only to your first purchase of any paid plan and is limited to one refund per user across all plan types. It does not apply to subscription renewals, upgrades, or repurchases after a previous refund. To request a refund, submit a ticket through our contact form with your account email, subscription plan, and refund reason. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Refunds are not provided: after the 7-day money-back guarantee window; for subscription renewals (you are responsible for canceling before renewal); for partial months or unused portions of a billing period after cancellation; for accounts terminated for violation of these Terms; or for chargebacks initiated without first contacting our support team.
If you believe a charge is incorrect or unauthorized, contact us through our contact form before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We will investigate and resolve legitimate billing issues promptly. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that initiate chargebacks without first contacting us, and we may dispute chargebacks we believe to be invalid.
You retain all rights, title, and interest in and to the files you upload and the outputs you generate using the Service. Geometry Labs claims no ownership over your intellectual property. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, convert, and generate outputs solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, and design elements, is and shall remain the exclusive property of Geometry Labs and its licensors. Our name, logo, and product names are trademarks of Geometry Labs. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the Service may be used by us without any restriction or obligation to you.
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that any content available through the Service infringes your copyright or violates applicable laws, you may notify us as follows:

We will respond to valid notices promptly and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing or illegal material. We may terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by Geometry Labs. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Geometry Labs shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with the use of any such third-party content, goods, or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms and conditions and privacy policies of any third-party website or service that you visit.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms or engage in illegal or fraudulent activity. For Free accounts, we may terminate access at any time upon notice. For Paid subscriptions, we will provide reasonable advance notice prior to account termination unless the account is terminated due to a material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or a legal obligation.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or delete your account from your account settings. All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. Geometry Labs does not warrant that:

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Geometry Labs, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
Our aggregate liability for all claims relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) one hundred United States dollars (USD $100.00).

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or European Economic Area, you benefit from any mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you reside. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on such local mandatory legal provisions. You may bring legal proceedings in the competent courts of the Netherlands or in the competent court of your place of residence.
If you are using the Service as a business entity or reside outside the EU/EEA, any disputes shall be exclusively submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Geometry Labs regarding the Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
